TNT Custom Creation!
STEP 1
The first step, of course, starts with you! You will first start with your selection of the product, fonts, colors, designs, etc. If you need help with this step, please contact us!
STEP 2
Next, our designers carefully lay out your selections on the computer until it is just as you have requested, for most of items are begun as a "clean slate" and designed strictly to your specifications. Then, it is transferred to one of our state-of-the-art computerized embroidery machines.
STEP 3
Next, your product is carefully "hooped" and placed in the embroidery machine. There, after carefully previewing the placement, your creation comes to life!

Next, your product is removed from the machine. It is then carefully "cleaned" by the removal of jump-stitches (a step rarely performed by most of our competitors), ironed, and folded prior to packaging. It is at this stage that your creation is carefully checked for quality control.

STEP 5
Finally, your special creation is packaged in our trademark "TNT Gift Box" complete with bow for shipment. Each item is placed in its own box (group sales excluded). A personalized gift card is placed in the box if requested at no extra charge! When you get your Custom Creation, you will find it ready to proudly present it to that lucky person!
